What does the price I see for each DaaS package mean?
The amount represents the approximate one-time cost of creating your proposed solution based on the features of the selected package. The price and delivery date are only indicative. After an initial conversation with our analyst, we will be able to tell you the final price and delivery date of your custom solution.
When should I choose the Personalized package over the others packages?
The Personalized package is ideal when you want full support from Solvedio for your digital strategy without any limitations. This package is best suited to large organizations with high solution requirements.
What does the money guarantee mean?
We provide you with a 100% value guarantee for your money; you are not required to pay for the solution immediately. After consultation with our experts and delivery of the final product, you will have 30 days to test the solution for free. If you are fully satisfied with the solution, then you will make the payment. In case it does not meet your expectations, simply let us know. We will withdraw the solution, and you will not be required to make a payment.

What defines a user?
There are two types of users: named and concurrent. The named users are users who have a fixed license assigned to them and will always have that slot to access the solution.
Concurrent users share a limited number of licenses. Concurrent users are those currently logged into the system, but they are not named users.
I am not sure if the user-based pricing model fits my solution.
User-based pricing ensures that your company can build large or small applications that don't sacrifice functionality for size. What if I need to expand my package or upgrade my subscription?
Our subscriptions are designed to be completely flexible, ensuring that you can increase the number of slots at any stage without interrupting your access to your solution. This way, you can choose the package that suits your needs best at the moment and decide to expand later as necessary. Simply contact us and upgrade your package at any time to ensure your needs are always covered. The number of free licenses is not included in the package. This means that when you upgrade your starter free license package, the price of the upgraded package will include the number of currently used free licenses plus the number of newly purchased licenses.
