3. Your Organization: Other users in your organization may access limited information, such as your name, email, and job title.
4. Legal Advisors or Authorities: When required to comply with legal obligations or enforce our rights.

We minimize shared data and encrypt it where possible.

Data Retention

• User Data: Stored as long as we maintain a business relationship with your Employer (Customer).
• Content Data: Owned by the Customer and deleted upon their request.
• Log Data: Retained indefinitely for anonymized analysis.

Upon termination of the contract, Customers may request to download data before deletion.

Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of your data.
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate information.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data.
• Restriction: Limit how your data is processed.
