We minimize shared data and encrypt it where possible.
Data Retention
- User Data: Stored as long as we maintain a business relationship with your Employer (Customer).
- Content Data: Owned by the Customer and deleted upon their request.
- Log Data: Retained indefinitely for anonymized analysis.
Upon termination of the contract, Customers may request to download data before deletion.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of your data.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate information.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data.
